The premise: a bureaucratic agency monitoring humanity’s spiritual progress. The tone: somewhere between The X-Files and a cosmic comedy. I also talk about the Mandela Effect and how it found its way into the story — including a very personal rabbit hole involving the spelling of the word dilemma.
