“We must close our eyes and invoke a new manner of seeing, a wakefulness that is the birthright of us all, though few put it to use.” — Plotinus
The image created for the post is abstract. Reality threads interwoven through the hands of time, mind/body/spirit merged.
Interwoven Timelines
Change is rarely comfortable, but the message remains steady: Beyond your wildest dreams. No worries. Maybe that assurance comes from the same intelligence orchestrating these synchronicities. That intelligence is inviting us to trust that what looks like chaos is actually choreography.
Another delightful thread surfaced, another teacher stepping back into view. Through his son’s careful archiving of lectures and writings, the voice of Michio Kushi is finding a new audience. Insight revived. Refreshed, and streaming on YouTube and Substack, almost forty years after the fact.
In a 1984 lecture titled Extraterrestrial Encounters, delivered at the Kushi Institute in Brookline, Massachusetts, Michio explored theories of UFO contact long before it was academically fashionable. He approached the subject as spiritual physics. “Spiritual training or spiritual development,” he said, “is equal to experience other dimensions and this dimension freely.”
To Kushi, the UFO question was not about machines in the sky. It was about vibration. He described ancient gatherings where people formed circles or spirals, holding hands, breathing as one. Synchronized rhythm of breath and intention would then generate an electromagnetic field powerful enough to bridge worlds. A way of harmonizing Heaven and Earth, body and field, consciousness and cosmos.
He argued that even food, when prepared and consumed with intention, could reopen that channel, focusing on using the macrobiotic diet to establish dialogue with creation. “The more you eat with awareness,” he taught, “the more your brain opens. You start to feel other dimensions, and that becomes daily life.”
Kushi’s most fascinating claim/ability came from demonstration. Lecture attendees reported seeing him levitate. Yet, what was even more extraordinary was the response. Only a few saw it. Most didn’t.
Keith Varnum chronicled these events. He described his own awakening after witnessing the levitations: “I was forced to recognize how strongly we humans hold onto familiar, therefore, comfortable, views of reality.”
In that light, Kushi’s teachings merge seamlessly with the message of the Elohim, of Wynn Free’s communications, and of the nightlight phenomena that has been my lived reality for decades: Reality refreshes itself through coherence.
Coherence means that all the parts of something fit together to form a united, understandable whole. It applies to both physical things, like waves in physics, and abstract ideas, such as in writing, speech, or a plan. A coherent system or text is consistent, logical, and easy to follow.
Seen/Unseen. Yin/Yang. Multidimensional Totality.
The Larger Pattern
What if the true “extraterrestrial encounter” is about expanded consciousness. Remembering how to stand in that spiral or circle, hand in hand, breathe in – breathe out, in unision, generating coherence strong enough to bridge dimensions again.
When Kushi said, “ET is our brother and sister. If we realize, they need not interfere,” he was pointing toward sovereignty through awareness. The ancients called it sacred architecture. The mystics called it divine union. Today, we might call it frequency alignment, or simply love coherent enough to open the sky.
[A unique parallel to ‘sky opening’ happens in my upcoming post. I did not see the relationship until I revisited this content. Simply fascinating.]
The thread of the universe keeps weaving through all of this: Sedona’s phantom voices (Tom Dongo), Wynn Free’s Elohim, my nightlight energy. The same teaching, refracted through time is that the living intelligence animating creation is trying to bring us back into coherence with the rhythm of all that is.
Across time, the message repeats:
Change. Beyond your wildest dreams. No worries.
Because what we call the unknown has always been
the part of us that remembers.
In his teachings, Michio Kushi emphasized that the core nature of all life is energy. He declared, “The world is all energy. Everything is energy. And if you understand that, you can understand the real dynamics behind how things happen the way they do in the ‘so-called’ physical universe.”
Energy was the language of coherence, the medium through which consciousness shapes form. In this way, his teachings were never just about food, or health, or even UFOs, they were about remembering how to speak energy fluently again.
He described how ancient peoples formed circles or spirals, holding hands and breathing as one, their unified focus creating a magnetic resonance between Heaven and Earth. “When you do that in a group,” he said, “you can call the UFO there, upon the surface of the Earth… by directing your consciousness and thoughts to telepathically communicate, giving the force influence to other dimensions.”
A brief refresh: this Michio Kushi lecture was delivered in 1984, a full decade before anyone in mainstream academia or psychology was publicly engaging these subjects. At that time, discussions about extraterrestrial contact and multidimensional consciousness were largely confined to fringe circles.
It wasn’t until 1994, when Dr. John E. Mack, a Harvard psychiatrist and Pulitzer Prize–winning author, published Abduction: Human Encounters with Aliens, that the topic began to gain serious attention. Mack’s willingness to treat experiencers with compassion rather than pathology opened a new era of inquiry that echoed many of the multidimensional insights Michio had already articulated ten years earlier.

Michio identified those ancient circles as functional technologies of coherence. Pyramids, stone stacks, and earthworks scattered across continents were all part of an electromagnetic language designed to balance Heaven and Earth, to feed both the soil and the soul. They were living architectures, resonant bridges between realms.
Over time, humanity lost this knowledge. As Michio observed, “Especially for the past twelve thousand years, that understanding has declined.” What replaced it was a fragmented science obsessed with parts, proteins, minerals, mechanics, but blind to the animating field that connects them.
Michio took it one step further, demonstrating coherence. During several of his lectures, witnesses described seeing him levitate. Body rising from the floor, hovering in stillness, suspended as if buoyed by the same electromagnetic harmony he spoke of. The account, recorded by Keith Varnum in The Lost Art of Levitation, describes Michio finishing a meditation, then descending softly to the ground.
When Varnum expressed astonishment, Michio simply smiled and said, “Levitation is very easy. It is a natural, simple process. You all can do it.”
He explained that levitation was a state achieved by clearing the ego and rejoining the flow of universal rhythm and a demonstration that physical laws are subordinate to coherence. When the personality dissolves, the density of self lifts. The body becomes an instrument of resonance rather than resistance.
As Varnum noted, only a handful of witnesses confirmed the event, and even among those, many retracted their accounts by the following day. Overnight, memory folded itself back into consensus reality.
That pattern — seeing, then denying — is itself a kind of defense mechanism. It marks the moment when awareness exceeds comfort. The mind restores symmetry by erasing coherence. It is the same reflex that keeps humanity orbiting within the narrow bandwidth of the visible world, blind to the frequency spectrum of living intelligence that permeates all experience.
Michio anticipated this reaction with calm compassion. “Most of the people will not remember the levitation,” he told Varnum. It was as if he knew that forgetting is part of the training, that remembering must be chosen, not forced.
To those few who could hold the memory, the experience was transformative: the sudden knowing that matter is malleable, that consciousness is the true constant, and that the universe responds not to authority, but to alignment.
Visitors in the Night – A Catalyst

Creator Matthew Salton: “This film grew out of my lifelong fascination with UFOs. The deeper I went, the more I wondered — was I just losing it, or what if even one of these stories is true? That would change everything. Maybe the world is bigger and stranger than we can ever imagine. Please watch and share. Consider this your soft disclosure.” Website: Link.

Remembering as Contact
What Michio showed, perhaps more than any teacher of his era, is that consciousness is participatory. The universe interacts with us, continually, intelligently, and with a sense of timing that borders on the miraculous.
His levitations were embodied metaphors of a larger truth: that coherence lifts reality itself. When thought, body, and intention align, the boundary between matter and meaning becomes porous. In those moments, gravity yields to grace.
“If consciousness is fundamental, eternal, and non-local, then we were never truly separate to begin with. We are individual expressions of a single, universal field.” – Grant Cameron, The Consciousness Collapse: How Quantum Physics and the Paranormal Shatter Materialism, Whitehouse Blogspot
