“Try not to resist the changes that come your way. Instead let life live through you. And do not worry that your life is turning upside down. How do you know that the side you are used to is better than the one to come?” – Rumi, The wisdom of Rumi: 5 Poems that Changed my Life. Link

Notes

4.16.25. The car battery is dead again. Not a huge surprise. These things tend to happen when we have “visitors.” Fortunately, the interference has mellowed over the years. Early encounters were more dramatic – fried electronics, a blown car engine (electric system), a dead dishwasher, a comatose dryer. At the time, it felt excessive. Now we’ve progressed to more manageable side effects like battery drainage and light flickering. Still inconvenient. Still not cheap.

Our dog plays sentinel. She barks, hides, and won’t budge until the air clears. I’ve learned to trust her instincts. She knows when the coast is clear. She’s taken over from my elder dog, Jack. His hearing and eyesight are not as sharp.

The current tally: unusual pet behavior, unexplained lights, odd smells, brief glimpses of cloaked figures, extreme ear ringing, and my regular companions – interactive nightlights and blinking bedside lamps. That’s the background noise.

Today, my guides nudged me back to Dolores Cannon’s work. As often happens, I was told to turn to a specific page, where I found a case eerily similar to one a friend recently shared. Then, on social media, a post appeared about the difficulties of NHI (non-human intelligence) disclosure. The synchronicity was striking. Everything aligned with a term my guides have emphasized for years: trans-dimensional.

Their realm is not lightyears away. It’s here. Right beside us. Their choice to remain unseen isn’t a matter of distance, it’s discretion. To show up unannounced might scare the pants off us. So they don’t. But they’re here. And yes, they have a dry sense of humor.

Message from the Guides:

Chaos is the catalyst.
No guards at the gate will block this shift.
What you do have is untapped, incredible mind power. (Humans.)

Ancestors. Some physical, some not, are now working to unlock ancient knowledge encoded in your DNA. When that activation occurs, it will ripple across the Earth, impacting humans, animals, and unseen intelligences alike. Unfathomable? Maybe. But also true.

This is a threshold moment.

Humanity is shifting into a galactic awareness. To advance further, we must master consciousness. That means reflection, discernment, and renewal. The next big leap requires PSI (psychic/spiritual/intuitive) understanding. And the good news? It’s already happening.

War, aggression, and superficial drama will no longer be tolerated by higher intelligences. They have contingencies in place. The real story now is how Earth will adjust to the fallout of its own evolution.

As above, so below. Reap. Sow. Repeat.

The timeline is tangled, the signals are mixed, and clarity is scarce, but the bottom line is this: You will survive.

Yes, there will be losses. That’s part of evolution. Ask the dinosaurs. If they could talk, they’d tell you extinction was abrupt but final. What’s coming now is cyclical. Predictable. Powerful. So be prepared for disruption. Social chaos is just the opening act. Planetary change is waiting in the wings.

Curtain call. Showtime. This is the moment you came here for.

Make it count.

Always focused on change.

Behind the Scenes of UFO/NHI Encounters

Recent statements from film producer James Fox and whistleblower Jason Sands offer startling insights into the nature of encounters with Non-Human Intelligence (NHI), challenging conventional perceptions of reality and raising profound ethical and existential questions.

Fox revealed during a public Q&A that the information he encountered was so profound it completely changed his view of reality. When asked if this was related to human activities or NHI, Fox clarified, “The NHI side,” emphasizing that revelations were disturbing enough for him to understand why government disclosure is challenging.

Jason Sands provided further context, describing a hidden conflict between different NHI factions, paralleling human moral extremes. He compared humanity’s vulnerability to ants—some entities care deeply, others show indifference or even cruelty. Sands explained, “Just like there are fantastic places here you can visit, there are also slums and awful places… Something’s going on out there day in and day out.” Sands emphasized that we exist in a delicate balance, protected by benevolent entities who actively defend humanity against more malevolent NHI. He suggests these entities view humans as deserving respect and autonomy, while opposing factions see humans as mere pawns or property—products of their manipulation.

This perspective aligns closely with insights from researchers like Dolores Cannon in her books The Custodians and The Convoluted Universe, which document similar narratives from experiencers who describe Earth as a stage for complex interactions between various NHI groups. Cannon’s research indicates these beings often communicate through experiencers, shaping human consciousness in ways not always visible or understood by mainstream science or military intelligence.

“Science” Bob McGwier corroborated these insights, noting that benevolent NHI have repeatedly sacrificed themselves in efforts to defend humanity from harmful factions. He described Earth as a “prison planet,” with NHI allies striving to help humans reclaim freedom and sovereignty.

Sands concluded that humanity’s technological efforts and government programs to understand or replicate NHI capabilities remain inadequate. “We’re really not in control,” he stated. Instead, our ongoing survival may depend heavily on the intervention and protection from sympathetic NHI factions, a truth he believes governments are reluctant to disclose because it reveals humanity’s vulnerability and dependence on external, incomprehensible forces.

Key Takeaways:

  • NHI encounters profoundly shift experiencers’ understanding of reality.
  • Conflicts between benevolent and malevolent NHI significantly impact humanity.
  • Benevolent NHI have actively sacrificed themselves for humanity’s protection.
  • Governmental reluctance to disclose stems from humanity’s lack of control and vulnerability.
  • This narrative is reinforced by independent researchers such as Dolores Cannon.

Dolores Cannon: Pioneering the Experiencer Perspective

Dolores Cannon (1931–2014), widely recognized for her groundbreaking research into anomalous experiences, brought an innovative approach to understanding UFOs, NHI, and consciousness through deep hypnosis and past-life regression techniques. Over four decades, Cannon developed a method known as Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), facilitating sessions where experiencers revealed insights into interactions with non-human intelligence, past lives, parallel realities, and cosmic consciousness.

In her seminal works, including “The Custodians: Beyond Abduction” and the extensive “Convoluted Universe” series, Cannon meticulously documented thousands of session transcripts. Unlike conventional researchers who focused primarily on physical evidence or external observations, Cannon emphasized direct accounts from experiencers, offering detailed narratives of benevolent and malevolent NHI entities, their complex interactions, and their impact on human consciousness.

Cannon’s findings consistently revealed that many experiencers had life-changing shifts in their understanding of reality. Through QHHT sessions, they reported encounters with beings who described Earth as a carefully monitored environment—a planet experiencing profound transformation, where humans are viewed both as evolving souls and participants in a vast cosmic experiment. This aligns closely with statements from whistleblowers and experiencers like James Fox and Jason Sands, who describe Earth as being caught in the midst of ongoing interactions between conflicting extraterrestrial factions.

One of Cannon’s most compelling contributions was her focus on NHI entities known as “Custodians,” benevolent beings actively engaged in the protection, guidance, and subtle education of humanity. These Custodians often communicated messages aimed at awakening humans to higher consciousness, fostering compassion, empathy, and greater self-awareness. She also described another category of entities who interacted with humans for more self-serving reasons, mirroring recent whistleblower accounts highlighting both protective and exploitative NHI influences.

Dolores Cannon’s work stands out for its emphasis on the deeper meaning behind NHI encounters, viewing these experiences as catalysts for human evolution and spiritual growth. Her documentation provides crucial context to the dialogue emerging from contemporary researchers, whistleblowers, and experiencers, underscoring the complexity and multidimensionality of interactions with non-human intelligences.

Key Contributions of Dolores Cannon’s Work:

  • Introduced Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) as a method to access deep experiential memories and higher consciousness.
  • Provided detailed narratives of NHI interactions directly from experiencers’ subconscious minds, offering a unique insider’s perspective.
  • Highlighted themes of human consciousness evolution, planetary transformation, and humanity’s role within a broader cosmic community.
  • Offered substantial documentation of benevolent and protective NHI (“Custodians”) who actively seek humanity’s spiritual and conscious evolution.

In essence, Dolores Cannon’s innovative approach underscores the importance of integrating experiencer narratives with mainstream dialogues on UFOs and NHI. Her work provides context, compassion, and profound insight, allowing us a richer understanding of humanity’s complex relationship with the extraordinary forces shaping our reality.

Things Are Not Always What They Appear To Be

I recently had a conversation with an experiencer who related a story that – mirrors an account reported in Dolores’ book, The Custodians: Beyond Abduction. The account is so extensive she saves part of it for inclusion in The Convoluted Universe.

She recounts the experience of a woman named Clara, who had visited Hawaii several times. One evening, while trying to find a restaurant on the beach, Clara missed her turn and instead pulled into a beautiful, unfamiliar housing development. As she admired the scenery, a bright light appeared… And in the next moment, she found herself driving on a four-lane highway on the other side of the island, with no memory of how she got there.

The incident Clara had somehow blocked in her memory was so strong she couldn’t let it go and actively pursued Dolores Cannon in the hope she could reveal what really happened to her. That revelation was truly extraordinary.

During a regression session with Dolores, Clara’s subconscious revealed that the housing area she encountered had been materialized just for her. It was a serene, beautiful setting, intentionally designed to help her feel relaxed enough for a “transference” to take place. After the experience, Clara and her car were dematerialized and relocated to a spot she would recognize, to ensure she could continue on without panic.

Dolores asked if this kind of event – moving a person and a car in this way – was common. The subconscious replied, “Very often.” The body and vehicle become pure energy during the process, with no harm done. Clara had no conscious memory until the regression session, but was now ready to understand it. According to her subconscious, this wasn’t the first time such an event had happened to her, but it was the first time she was ready to process and explore it.

The most striking part? Clara hadn’t been taken aboard a craft, but to a planet in another dimension. Her experience of the unfamiliar housing development had been an illusion, constructed for her benefit. Dolores included the story to illustrate how profoundly our perception of reality can be manipulated—and how such transdimensional encounters might explain similar anomalous events reported by others.

This is an excellent example of the type of anomalous event that challenges conventional perceptions of reality.

Insights:

1. Reality as Fluid and Malleable:
The central theme in Clara’s experience—and echoed in Dolores Cannon’s other work—is the concept that physical reality is not fixed but is fluid and can be manipulated. Clara’s car and physical body being dematerialized and rematerialized suggest an advanced capability to interact directly with the underlying fabric of physical reality. This aligns with modern quantum physics theories which propose that physical matter is energy at its most fundamental level.

2. Consciousness and Readiness:
An essential detail in this account is the emphasis placed on Clara’s readiness. The subconscious states that this particular event occurred precisely because she had reached a point in her life where she was open and ready to understand.

  • This aligns closely with other experiencer accounts, where certain extraordinary events are tailored to an individual’s readiness for growth or spiritual evolution. It emphasizes the role of consciousness as a key player in how we perceive and integrate anomalous experiences.

3. Manipulation by Higher Intelligence:
Clara’s surroundings were created specifically to ease her into a comfortable state for a trans-dimensional transfer. This indicates:

  • A high degree of empathy and understanding by the guiding intelligence (whether labeled as ET, NHI, or spiritual guides), ensuring minimal trauma and maximum acceptance. A clear intent from this intelligence to avoid harm, which emphasizes a level of benevolence or at least ethical responsibility.

4. Trans-Dimensional Transport as Common:
The affirmation from the subconscious that moving objects and people from one place to another happens frequently (though largely unnoticed by those involved) mirrors countless other experiencer accounts reported by Dolores Cannon, John Mack, Whitley Strieber, and many other researchers in this field. The phenomenon often labeled as ‘missing time’ by UFO researchers shares parallels here.

Connection to Other Experiencer Accounts:

My friend’s similar experience of finding themselves and their vehicle inexplicably relocated strongly supports the broader reality that Dolores Cannon was highlighting.

In essence, these events emphasize the illusionary and interactive nature of our physical environment and suggest the involvement of higher intelligences in guiding individuals toward greater understanding and spiritual awareness.

Listening Between Worlds: A Note to the Reader

When we speak of guidance from “beyond,” it can seem mysterious, abstract, or even unreachable. But for those of us who’ve had direct experience, whether through synchronicity, intuition, dreams, or what I refer to as transmissions, these messages offer a profound and personal resonance.

Some of the transmissions I share aren’t channeled in the traditional sense. They are received in moments of stillness, reflection, or heightened awareness, often catalyzed by the flicker of a nightlight or the sudden sense of presence in an otherwise empty room. They come through. Not in thunderclaps, but as subtle, clear, and unmistakable nudges. Their purpose? To urge consciousness forward. To awaken. To remember.

What follows in these messages is not doctrine but dialogue – between the seeker and the unseen – between the self and something more. My role is not to convince, but to share. If something resonates, trust that. If something doesn’t, let it pass. But know this: there is intelligence in the silence, and if you ask from the heart, it always finds a way to answer.

Whispers in the Wild: A Message from the Unseen

Not all wisdom comes with fanfare. Sometimes it arrives wrapped in silence, walking on the edge of the known. One of the clearest messages I’ve been given didn’t come from a luminous being or through a dream. It came from the quiet presence of what I believe to be a Sasquatch.

There was no fear, no theatrics, just presence. And then, the message, clear and undeniable: “Quiet mind. Open heart.”

In a world so full of noise, distraction, and posturing, the path to connection, whether with non-human intelligence, spirit, or the Earth herself, is not one of force, but of stillness. A quiet mind is not an empty one; it is simply receptive. An open heart is not unguarded; it is unafraid.

This moment was a reminder: the beings who walk just beyond the veil are not hiding. They’re waiting for us to listen, without agenda. To feel, without armor. And to meet them not with proof, but with acceptance.

Disclosure.

Beyond the Light: Unearthing a Hidden Journey Between Worlds

She turned too late,
into a place that wasn’t on any map.
The sky blinked,
a light too bright for memory,
and then
the road returned,
but different.
Time had folded.
Space dissolved.
She’d been somewhere not of this Earth,
and the silence held it in place.
A secret hidden between heartbeats.
A portal opened,
and a veil dropped quietly behind her.

The way forward

What if the most valuable data on Non-Human Intelligence (NHI) isn’t stored in government files or black-budget research programs, but in the forgotten transcripts of experiencers?

Modern research tends to focus on instrumentation, repeatable phenomena, and the external footprint of NHI contact. But what gets overlooked—dismissed, even—is the inner landscape of the contact experience. Dolores Cannon spent decades documenting these stories, using hypnosis not to lead but to listen, and what she uncovered through the voices of experiencers may be the closest thing we have to a psychological and metaphysical blueprint of NHI interaction.

When Non-Human Intelligence has the ability to construct a reality tailored entirely to the individual experiencer, when they can manifest illusion, teleportation, or transdimensional travel without violating the experiencer’s trust, it forces us to ask: What does this say about our “cutting-edge” science? And more importantly: What kind of consciousness is required to even detect such realities, let alone understand them?

We don’t need better instruments. We need better questions. And we may need to revisit the old stories, the ones wrapped in metaphor, folktale, and indigenous memory, because they just might be where the real data has been hiding all along.

The suggestion from my guides from the beginning has been to question.
Question them. Question everything. Be curious. Ask, “What more is there to know?” That is how we evolve. Learning is constant. Growth continues. Evolution happens. We are more than what we seem.

Question always.
Established truths
have been proven wrong.
And possibly,
You may require
different answers.

Discovery awaits.
