“My transformation was gradual but by the late sixties it was complete. Today I would not spend one further moment on the subject of UFOs if I didn’t seriously feel that the UFO phenomenon is real and that efforts to investigate and understand it, and eventually to solve it, could have a profound effect — perhaps even be the springboard to mankind’s outlook on the universe.” – The Hynek UFO Report by J. Allen Hynek
“As a scientist I must be mindful of the lessons of the past; all too often it has happened that matters of great value to science were overlooked because the new phenomenon did not fit the accepted scientific outlook of the time.” – J. Allen Hynek.
Keep an eye on Dr. Garry Nolan
One of the stand out individuals involved in researching unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs) or UFOs for the US government is Dr. Garry Nolan, a Stanford professor and immunologist. He has been speaking about UFOs at various conferences and events, and has made some of the following claims:
- He believes that extraterrestrial intelligence has not only visited earth but “it’s been here a long time and it’s still here”.
- He has been analyzing samples of materials supposedly ejected at
purported sites of UFO sightings, and has found some anomalous properties
that defy conventional explanation. - He has been studying the brains of people who say they’ve experienced a
UFO encounter, and has found some evidence of neurological changes or
enhancements.
“For a couple of these individuals we had MRIs from prior years. They had it before they had these incidents. It was pretty obvious, then, that this was something that people were born with. It’s a goal sub-goal setting planning device, it’s called the brain within the brain. It’s an extraordinary thing. This area of the brain is involved (partly) in what we call intuition.” Vice. - He has been collaborating with other scientists and experts in various fields
to establish a systematic and scientific approach to studying UAPs. - He hopes that by studying UAPs, he can learn more about the nature of reality, consciousness, and the origin of life. He also hopes that his research can help inform the public and the policymakers about the potential implications and opportunities of UAPs.
Anomalous materials
The anomalous materials are samples of metals or alloys that are claimed to have been recovered from UFO crash sites or other sources of UAP activity. According to some sources , some of the characteristics of these materials are:
- They have unusual physical properties, such as high strength, low weight,
high resistance to heat or corrosion, or shape memory effects. - They have unusual chemical or elemental compositions, such as isotopic
ratios or trace elements that are not found in nature or in conventional
materials. - They have unusual structures or morphologies, such as nanoscale features,
layered structures, or complex geometries. - They have unusual electromagnetic or quantum effects, such as generating
fields, emitting radiation, or interacting with other materials in unexpected
ways.
Dr. Nolan has been analyzing some of these materials using advanced techniques and has found some evidence of anomalous properties that defy conventional explanation.

Q&A and panel highlights courtesy of reddit attendee, shared on twitter and other social media
- Note: I did get to speak with Garry Nolan for about 15 minutes one on one. I asked for permission to post the video and he gave me his blessing.
- About 7 years ago he was 2 weeks away from seeing a recovered craft that crashed, but then the rug was pulled out from underneath him
- A whistleblower last week testified to Congress and it created a “hornets nest” in Washington
- Everything we see is likely remotely controlled drones or AI
- Ok so now for the juicier bits when I got to speak with him:
- The Wilson Memo is legitimate – better version.
- Bob Lazar is a fraud, he agrees with Dr. Eric Davis’ opinion
- He resigned from TTSA because Tom Delong went off the deep end in some of the things he was posting and was hurting scientific discussion of the topic
- He thinks that any bodies recovered are not actually aliens, but avatars that they created to interact with us
- Whatever “it” is seems to be testing us and our intelligence to see if we can “peer behind the veil” – he made an analogy that we can make a robotic ant that can create pheromones to chemically speak with ants but we can’t teach them how to make an iPhone.
- There will be big news coming out later this summer that will turn heads and change opinion
- He said Doty is full of BS
- Dr. Avi Loeb went from a non-believer to fully believing ET is here in under a year due to all the ground work that has been laid out evidence wise
- I mentioned Luis Elizondo’s video and how it didn’t help (was actually Cahill’s video) and Garry shrugged
- He said that there may be various factions here of whatever we are dealing with, so it isn’t likely one entity or species
- He agreed that some trusted names on the topic are Stanton Friedman, Jacques Valle, Avi Loeb. He had a low opinion of Neil Degrasse Tyson
- He is close friends with Jeremy Corbell and said he has his place in the topic, but isn’t for everyone’s taste

Hidden in plain view
The UFO/UAP conversation is taking a more interesting and realistic turn, vindicating experiencers like John Foster, who have endured decades of disinformation and denial, … knowing all the while the reality they witnessed was simply being suppressed and ignored.
“Because I know well beyond doubt that I experienced many mysterious UFO encounters for more than 46 years; because I know others and I witnessed various mysterious manifestations of different types of objects and crafts in time/space; because I know others and I met mysterious but normal human men, mysterious strange beings, and a mysterious voice, all of whom also mysteriously manifested and spoke to us in various ways, for various reasons.” Link.

What might make the difference with this present day candor in regard to the topic? The scientist is an experiencer, secure in his view and confident enough to own his perspective.
Dr. Garry Nolan is an important source/resource/voice within the UFO/UAP research community. In piecing conversation elements from various sources, it would seem he is dropping breadcrumbs – alluding to ongoing work behind the scenes – and a gradual build-up to a release of information that will change our perception of reality.
Considered an expert scientist, he’s also an experiencer. “I had an early experience in my childhood as well as a sighting of my own at age 12 as a paperboy out on my route early one morning with something going over my head.”
Also from that interview: “Any final thoughts? I think things are going in the right direction, but expect the unexpected. Certainly with the whistleblowers now coming forward with protections afforded to them by the National Defense Authorization Act recently signed into law, they have extraordinary stories to tell.
I consider myself knowledgeable, but some of the things I’ve heard, I’ve thought to myself, “How are people going to deal with this?” But at the same time, if it isn’t going to take food from your table, enjoy the ride.” – Source. The Scientist’s approach to UFOs, Dallace Voice March 2023.
