No matter how the form gets stuck, the ace in the hole is that the Spirit giving life to the form is never stuck.
The next time you allow your form to get stuck….call upon your inner spirit for release.
There will be challenges of all sorts that test and require us to stretch and grow beyond our current state of awareness and limitation. The body/physical form – is a container; and as such, a representation only of a very small part of who we are. We are boundless spirit.
And in that state of being, there are no earthly problems large enough to derail spirit.
While in the body, we can learn to reconnect to spirit in order to think big enough to work around them.

So very true, we are of unlimitless spirit within a limited form. It is important to not get the two confused and to understand that they can work in tandem.
