How is any of this resolveable with a positive and abundant outcome? I give it to a higher source for assistance with that potential and I trust.

Conscious Mind Programing – Secret Programs
- Spy Kids? In comments gleaned from social media posts, Americans who were part of ‘gifted and talented’ education programs in the 1980s and 1990s believe they were part of a secret government intelligence program. As stated, the Gifted And Talented Education program (GATE) provides students with advanced curriculum and activities to foster creativity and critical thinking skills.
One participant flagged instruction on how to use Morse and other forms of code. She and the other kids in her GATE program were instructed in Russian. ‘I know each of the programs was different, so different decades, different states had different programs. But for ours, Russian was a big part of it.‘ - There are no reports linking the CIA to American schools, but former students of GATE shared some of the worksheets, activities and assignments they completed, leaving them baffled. Dark Days. Another secret government intelligence program with negative fallout is MKULTRA [History.com]. A total of 20 documents with more than 1,200 pages were declassified on December 23, 2024, published by the NSA and ProQuest.

As we are now able to access and explore the information on these programs that is now declassified, consider there are some who believe similar programs could still exist.
