Luck, Synchronicity, Paranormal, and Winning

“Physicists do not need mysticism,” Dr. Capra says, “and mystics do not need physics, but humanity needs both.”The Tao of Physics: An Exploration of the Parallels Between Modern Physics and Eastern Mysticism, Fritjof Capra, Amazon Affiliate link.

When we look at the world around us, we find that we are not thrown into chaos and randomness but are part of a great order, a grand symphony of life. Every molecule in our body was once a part of previous bodies — living or nonliving — and will be a part of future bodies. In this sense, our body will not die but will live on, again and again, because life lives on.” – Fritjof Capra, Source.

Culture

It would seem that our perception of time is influenced by the culture we have been raised in. The future is relative. Language is key. Some cultures represent the future as yet to happen and give it a designation of behind as the unknown potential.

“Researchers believe your spatial concept of the future may be determined by whether our culture emphasizes traditions of the past or focuses on the future.” Source.

Western cultures reference the future as coming into being. The future lies ahead and in front. One goes forward into the future while the past is left behind.

“These differences suggest that there is no universal location for the past, present and future. Instead, people construct these representations based on their upbringing and surroundings.” Source.

On the nightstand – kindred spirit

When we bridge the language barrier we affirm the UFO/Alien/Paranormal challenge is a global phenomenon. One might also note the presence of a nagging common theme: the code of silence witnesses are encouraged to adopt to avoid social stigma.

The English translation of Voyages through Time and Space, Amazon affiliate link, presents the diary of paranormal events experienced by a Russian Psychic. Published posthumously, she also chose to keep her identity anonymous.

From the introduction: “Out of fear of retribution against myself and my children, I desire complete anonymity. My old friend, the author Lilia Sariecheva is organizing and polishing my notes which will be published after my death using my nom de plume of Ulya.”

Among the paranormal stories offered, is an account of a UFO encounter in her bedroom. Her parents suggested she “forget it and not even talk about it.” To quote her mother: “People will ridicule you and think you are crazy.”

I talk about her book and my own paranormal experiences in a recent podcast. Linked in the next segment.

PSI – Incidental Medium

It is a combination of the season and a recent death that triggered an impromptu medium session. Then there was a ghost encounter during a short vacation.

As Andy’s sister drove to Kansas City for their father’s funeral she passed an area and received a telepathic message that she was carrying the ancestors with her.

Asking for clarity, I received a name. The name identified a relative. The location where she heard the message is the origin of that part of their family. The fascinating part was how the location played a part in her receiving information that allowed me to provide additional context.

It was a team [past, present, future] effort. Andy sat with me as my anchor for the recent podcast.

Luck – Stronger than a Premonition

[Surprise win. Free concert tix.]

For some reason, this email solicitation was different. The message was clear. Hit ‘reply’ for contest entry to win concert tickets. I work in the media. Most of the time I delete contest messages or send them to spam.

I have no explanation other than to say this interaction was unusual. It felt different. The message got my attention in that I actually read the contest rules prior to entry. That done, there were two factors that had my interest. I like the group, and this was a novelty, a Christmas performance.

Again, the energy felt different. I knew I would win if I entered and I didn’t want to prevent someone else from going if I had no intention of following through. I quickly called Andy to make sure he was on board if we won. When he agreed, I hit send.

The reply came less than an hour later. I hadn’t actually looked at the deadline – so it was a quick return. We won!

The reason I am sharing this is because – there was a huge difference in the way it felt when I read the email. I knew I would win and should not enter if I could not or would not go. Why such a strong sense of responsibility to make sure I was serious about this action? That and the unique energy I felt when I got the email.

It was like being tagged to make an appearance [with the agreement to follow through]. The win was a certainty. Now I am super curious. Will it happen again? Can it happen again? Was it too subtle for me to notice on previous occasions?

Is there something more to learn? If there is nothing else to learn, it is nice to be given a gift! How amazing. (Thank-you!)

Synchronicity

That win reminds me of a woman I once interviewed. Helen Hadsell. I have a one-sheet of her quotes hanging alongside my desk. I was reviewing that list recently and thinking of her.

We spoke a few times with the interview happening sometime around 2008. Her special talent? Winning contests. The mindset she promoted? Having no doubt. After all this time, it synced. The mindset has an energy about it. It was exactly how I felt about the Pentatonix concert tickets.

There was absolutely no doubt. It was a feeling. I knew I would win.

I don’t have a copy of our interview. I recommend her books. Meet Helen. She is truly amazing.

Nikola Tesla and the Planetary Radio Signals.

In 1899. While experimenting with a wireless receiver of extraordinary sensitivity, I detected faint signals from Mars, our brother planet. I could not interpret the signals, but they seemed to suggest a numerical code 1-2-3-4.Nikola Tesla, 1935. – A fascinating read. 38 pages. Source: Link.

Experiencers

This documentary [Link] by Stephane Allix is about Alien Abductions. It features several experiencers who worked with Dr. John E. Mack. The Harvard Psychologist appears only briefly in this film. He died shortly after production began.

I interviewed [previous post] Stephane about his own extraordinary discovery. He was able to trace and document evidence for his past life as a German soldier. Our interview Link.
