Directing Thought – Understanding Focus

Bobby Jones – “Some people think they are concentrating when they’re merely worrying.”

What you think is what you become, even when you are thinking that thing or projection about someone else. The intent and purpose of a thought/s is not something we stop to dwell on and yet, the activity of thinking and the quality of our thoughts factors into everything we do.

A single minded individual can move mountains…or incorporate others to move pyramids. The more we tune into what we are thinking and understand how to avoid wasting energy on fear, worry or fret, the more powerful our thoughts become.

One day – the results appear with no effort at all. When that happens, a result of realignment and shifting to channel our thinking activity into a focused direction – we wake and realize just how little effort it can take when we are actively engaged in the process and filtering out those thoughts that deviate from the goal or purpose.

It is not willing a thing to happen. It is engaging the creative ability and harnessing the energy to allow it to manifest…without getting in the way.

If you could think one thought – what would it be? Is that what you want to create? That will tell you a lot about yourself.

“Focus on your potential instead of your limitations” – Alan Loy McGinnis
